Our new (and amazing!) restaurant will soon be opening (on October 15th to be precise) in the heart of Shoreditch.
Now, let's briefly talk about what we are then we will extensively talk about how great you are (you know you are!).
Mostrador Shoreditch is the brainchild of Argentina’s celebrated chef Fernando Trocca who also leads the team behind Soho’s in-demand Latin American restaurant Sucre (check it out if you have not done yet, it is sick!)
The Shoreditch opening will be the fifth Mostrador worldwide (Uruguay, New York State, Buenos Aires and Tribeca NYC) which is tasked with creating something as special as it is fun and disruptive (that's why we need you!).
Mostrador (“Counter” in English) throws the menus out of the window (literally!) and replaces them with “everything in sight”.
The role:
- Positive can-do attitude is a must, we want you to help us solve problems with a big smile on your face!
- Experience in busy London cocktail/coffee scenes is great but not mandatory (you just bring your "personality", we will teach you the rest!)
- If you enjoy having randomly fun conversations with people then this role is for you.
- Usual boring small print still applies: Good conversational English and Eligibility to work in the UK are needed (duh!).
