• £10.00 - £15.00 (Please note this pay range is based on OTE target figures & Tronc earning averages)

As a Grill Chef, you’ll be a pioneer in your craft. There's an art to cooking burgers & chips the Honest way. Our burgers come medium-rare as standard, our chips carefully salted with Rosemary salt. It takes skill, attention to detail, & teamwork to perfect it every time. The kitchen comes with challenges too, it gets hot and it’s fast-paced, but it’s an amazing feeling when you’re able to see your customers enjoying the food you’ve cooked, leaving with smiles all around.

We all put in 100% effort on shift. If you only put in 90%, then your teammate needs to put in 110%.

Our managers do their best to create shift patterns that are fair for everybody. But our restaurants are busiest during the evening and weekends, so more times than not – that’s when we’ll need you to work.
