Our front-of-house team is friendly, social and can spot a customer with a question a mile away! We provide full training but if you are great with people and looking to work in a flexible environment where you can make an impact then Vapiano is the place for you.

We have open kitchens so that our chefs and front of the house are all one team. And because we believe everyone is equally important in giving our guests a great experience, we distribute our tips equally to everyone who worked on the shift whether you served the guest the food or made it! This means you are getting approximately £2 extra per hour in tips. If you are over 23 , the minimum wage starts from £10.42.

We give our teams the opportunity to cross-train is different departments so there are lots of opportunities to learn something. We also work hard to make sure you can develop; in fact 2 of our General Managers started their careers with us washing dishes and now run restaurants!
